Over the weekend I made Chocolate Sour Cream cupcakes with blue Buttercream frosting. The cupcakes were so rich and delicious. The chocolate in the cupcakes was real dark chocolate melted in a double broiler which made these cupcakes even more chocolatey and amazing.
The buttercream frosting is one of my favorites and it's so easy to make.
1/2 cup Butter (room temperature)
2 Tbsp. Milk
1 Tbsp. Vanilla
3 cups Powdered Sugar
